Wild Game Processing

Beginning February 1st 2022 

Because of increasing labor, licensing, equipment, and other associated costs with commercial processing animals, Clear Creek Market will no longer be offering wild or domestic animal processing services.  We will no longer be able to hang your animal or grind your trim meat.

 

We suggest contacting other meat processing service providers such as; Kent’s Market or R & R Meats in Redding, Bowman Meats in Cottonwood, A & R Meats in Red Bluff, or Orland Meats in Orland.

 

It's true accomplishment when you can break down your own animal and cut the appropriate steaks, roasts, and other cuts.  Here are some links to the best videos that we have found on this process in a way that is similar to our method.
